Suggested Dosage and Use: 1-5 ml in water or juice 1-2 times daily or as needed.

Contraindications: Guarana can make cause jitteriness, irritability and insomnia. Do not take whilst pregnant or nursing. Not recommended for diabetics, insomniacs, hypertension, and heart disease.
